The Applicant applied for special leave to appeal against the decision of the Supreme Court of Mauritius, dated 26 May 2026 [2026 SCJ 218] dismissing his application for review of the decision of the District Magistrate of the Bail and Remand Court, dated 30 December 2025. The application for permission to appeal was subsequently withdrawn.
