JCPC Fees Consultation

The JCPC has published its consultation on revising fees payable to the Court. The consultation paper can be found here and responses can be sent to jcpcfeesconsultation@jcpc.uk until 5pm (BST) on Tuesday 22 September 2026.

In addition to the written consultation the Court will be holding a series of stakeholder meetings, via Teams, in July. Please check the consultation document for further details of how to join one of these meetings.
